4. Service Description

Pintask.com is a marketplace platform that connects individuals who need tasks completed ("Task Posters") with skilled service providers ("Taskers"). We facilitate the connection but are not a party to any agreement between Task Posters and Taskers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information

Pintask.com charges a platform fee on completed tasks. The specific fee structure is disclosed at the time of task posting or offer acceptance.

7. Disputes

If a dispute arises between a Task Poster and a Tasker, Pintask.com may, but is not obligated to, assist in resolving the dispute. However, Pintask.com is not responsible for the actions or omissions of users.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PINTASK.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pintask.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
