Pricing
How much does a Pintask service cost?
Every request gets an upfront, AI-generated price estimate based on the type of service, your location, time of day, and demand. There's no bidding — you see the price before you confirm, and that's what you pay.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you accept is the price you pay. If a tasker needs to perform extra work outside the original scope (for example, a longer tow than estimated), you'll be asked to approve any change before it's added.
When am I charged?
Your payment method is authorized when you book. You're only charged once the task is completed. If a task is cancelled before a tasker is dispatched, the authorization is released.

How do I request help?
Tap Get help now, pick the service you need, drop a pin on your location, and confirm the price. We'll match you with the closest available tasker in seconds.
Can I schedule a task for later?
Right now Pintask is built for on-demand requests. Scheduled bookings are on the roadmap.
What services are available?
Roadside assistance and towing are live today. Moving and locksmith are coming soon — more categories are being added regularly.
Taskers & matching
How are taskers matched to my request?
We match based on proximity, availability, vehicle/equipment fit, and tasker rating. The goal is the fastest qualified arrival, not the cheapest bid.
Are taskers vetted?
Yes. Every tasker passes ID verification and a background check before going live, and continued participation depends on maintaining a high customer rating.
What if no tasker accepts my request?
If nobody nearby is available, we'll let you know quickly so you can try again or adjust your request. You're never charged for a request that doesn't get fulfilled.
Payments & refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported by your device.
How do refunds work?
If something goes wrong with your task, contact support from the task's chat thread within 7 days. We review every refund request and resolve them promptly.
Do I tip the tasker?
Tipping is optional and never expected. If a tasker went above and beyond, you'll see a tip option after the task is marked complete.

How do I create an account?
Use Sign in to create an account with your phone number or email. You can also start a request as a guest and finish account setup at checkout.
How do I get help with an active task?
Open the task from your home screen and use the in-task chat to message your tasker or our support team directly.
How do I become a tasker?
Apply through our tasker onboarding. You'll need a valid ID, the right equipment for your category, and to pass our background check.
